Contraindications:
No adverse reactions have been observed in any patient where the recommended applications and doses have been used, in the case of unexpected reactions, stop the treatment and consult your Dermatologist.
Kycell can be combined with other dermatological and/or cosmetic products without risk and without losing efficacy.
Finished product control:
Maxika is produced under strict absolute sterility regulations, there are also various quality tests, microbiological controls and bacterial analysis.
Each batch of Maxika is submitted to rigorous quality control in compliance with the relevant regulations for the production of pharmaceutical products in the EU.
Composition:
Euphrasia is highly known in Europe for its congestion-relief properties and as an ophthalmic ingredient.
The aerial parts of the plant are used for their concentration in flavonoids, tannins (acid euphrasiotannic) and derived glucosides.
Gennan Pharmacopoeia includes a detailed monograph on this plant.
The fresh cells are used for their soothing and refreshing properties.
The cells, clearly visible with an electron microscope, are left intact to preserve the intracellular water and its molecular components.
The softening action induces a smoothing of the features that often deepen following physical or chemical stresses in the particularly fragile epidermis of the face, especially in the area of the eye.
Cosmetological Study:
A 4-week clinical study was carried out for the soothing effect after consecutive applications.
Ten female adult volunteers aged 40 to 65 years with different skin-types and characteristics were included in the study.
Silicone prints were obtained through a video imaging system.
The prints were obtained before treatment and after 28 days.
Wrinkles were also analyzed by determining parameters of roughness, depth of wrinkles and fine lines, general profilometry and length of the layout, dark rings and bags caused by water retention.
Formula:
Each Kycell patch contains:
Water: 40%, Euphrasia Offinalis L. Extract: 20%, Cucumis Sativus Extract: 20%, 10% of hyaluronic acid in a concentration of 2%, Propylene glycol: 5%, Carbopol: 5%.
Results:
The results are expressed as a percentage of variation of the values of each parameter between D1 - date of the first prints - and D28 - date of the second and last prints.
Statistical analysis involved 20 values -10 volunteers and prints taken from right and left profiles.
These results indicate a significant reduction in the average depth of the cutaneous relief, that is to say -33.7% for the most pronounced wrinkles at the beginning of the study, and -15.0% for general skin profile.
In vivo studies previously carried out on the soothing properties of the Fresh Cells (thermal sensitivity) are available on request.
The result of this study, a “notable soothing effect’, show the capacity of the Fresh Cells to clearly supplement the action of Euphrasia by creating a barrier to low noise inflammation of sensitive or stressed skin (sun, cold, detergents and oyther environmental factors).
The restoration of a normal profile for the microdepressionary network, whose disorganization generally results from external stress factors, confirms the bond between the appearance of wrinkles and "cutaneous stress".
The skin will look smoother and marked than it did before the treatment, thanks to the synergistic effects of cells and Euphrasia flavonoids and tannins.
